Build things that
actually run.

S.T.R.In.G is a studio where the work ships weekly and the problems are genuinely hard. We're a small team with high standards — looking for people who want to go deep on AI, data and engineering, not just tick a backlog.

Why S.T.R.In.G

What working here is actually like.

Real problems, real production

Every project we take on ends with something running in production. No prototypes that gather dust. You'll ship work that actually matters to someone's business.

Cross-practice exposure

Small team means you see the whole problem — not just your corner of it. ML engineers collaborate with OR scientists. Data engineers sit alongside product builders.

Weekly cadence, real autonomy

We ship weekly and trust people to do their job. No micromanagement, no six-month planning cycles. You own your work from scoping to go-live.

Competitive compensation

Market-rate or above salary, performance bonus, flexible hours, remote work for most roles, 25 days leave and learning budget of ₹80,000 / £1,500 annually.

Global client exposure

You'll work on projects across the UK, Europe, India, the Middle East and Southeast Asia. Client calls are part of the job — you'll understand the business context of what you build.

A team that publishes

We encourage and support conference submissions, blog posts and open-source contributions. Several team members have published at NeurIPS, ACL and INFORMS.
