Information on the Site about our services is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding offer. All service engagements are governed by separate written agreements executed between S.T.R.In.G and the relevant client.
The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. S.T.R.In.G makes no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, S.T.R.In.G shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, including loss of profits, data or goodwill, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from use of the Site shall not exceed £100 / ₹10,000.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes arising from use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India. For users in the UK, we will use reasonable endeavours to resolve disputes under applicable English law where required by mandatory consumer protection legislation.
