These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the S.T.R.In.G website at stringlab.org (the "Site") and any services offered through it. By accessing the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

S.T.R.In.G Technology Solutions ("S.T.R.In.G", "we", "our") reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via a notice on the Site. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

1. Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Transmit spam, malware or any unauthorised or unsolicited advertising
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its related systems
• Scrape, harvest or extract data from the Site at scale without written permission
• Reproduce, duplicate or copy any content from the Site for commercial purposes without permission

2. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — text, design, graphics, logos, code and other materials — is owned by or licensed to S.T.R.In.G and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing on the Site grants you any licence to use our trademarks, brands or proprietary content.

Our client work and engagement deliverables are governed by separate client agreements, not these Terms.

3. Services

Information on the Site about our services is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding offer. All service engagements are governed by separate written agreements executed between S.T.R.In.G and the relevant client.

4. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. S.T.R.In.G makes no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, S.T.R.In.G shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, including loss of profits, data or goodwill, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from use of the Site shall not exceed £100 / ₹10,000.

6. Third-party links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices or accuracy of any third-party site and link inclusion does not imply endorsement.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes arising from use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India. For users in the UK, we will use reasonable endeavours to resolve disputes under applicable English law where required by mandatory consumer protection legislation.
